The Healing Hands is located in Valleywood, 2 minutes north of Mayfield Rd on Hwy 10.

Our passion into the area of Health & Wellness began with the Yoga classes, the focus being on the “not so bendy” person.  Let’s face it; the people in the Yoga shows on TV do not reflect our reality!  Our gentle but effective approach to Yoga makes it possible for all to practice it regardless of their flexibility or the lack of!

The journey continues into the next phase as we are now able to offer Ayurvedic Spa treatments using natural products. Today's fast paced lifestyle illustrate that we take more care of our vehicles, taking them in for regular check-ups, tune-ups and general maintenance than we do of our Selves.  We push our bodies to the brink of ill health before we consider addressing them with a chemical quick fix approach.

Our aim is to create an environment which will enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual well being. We understand that the time you are able to devote to yourself is limited, entrust us with some time out of your busy, hectic lives so we can help you devote it to yourself.
